We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (no stains, odours, or damage).
✅ All tags and packaging must be intact.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
🚫 The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale or limited edition drops
- Underwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
If your item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

📌 Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
🔹 Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
🔹 If you used a discount code, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.
🔹 If the return does not meet our policy requirements, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour:

3️⃣ If the item is in stock, we’ll ship the new item once your return is received. If out of stock, we will issue a refund.
